Leadership Program
After taking the MTL weekend training many students want to know how can they be on the fast track to leadership. We train many learner leaders in our community and have developed a leadership program to guide students who want to be in leadership roles in the MTL program. Participating in the leadership program will fine tune your skills as a leader in the community.
Leadership within the More To Life program offers opportunities for self-improvement and self transformation while being supported by others active in the program.
Various leadership paths are available such as
- Becoming a Facilitator
- Serving on the Steering Committee
- Leading the creation of a Weekend course
- Holding a captain’s position on a Weekend Team
- Joining a committee related to enrollment, inventory, connections with students, communications, etc.
